The Learning and Development Department supports the Trust’s vision to provide world class care for children and young people by ensuring that we have the right workforce with the right knowledge and skills in the right place and at the right time.

Our staff must be competent, feel confident and supported and be affordable.

The vision is for all learning and development activities to be SIMPLE;
