18 week Treatment Planners will be available at all Outpatients Reception Desks or via Alder Hey Hospital or available to download here

Missed appointments cost the NHS over £160million per year. You may lose your NHS constitutional right to treatment within set times if you cancel or do not attend agreed appointments. This could result in your referral being returned to your GP for review.
