Our annual Alder Hey Achievers Awards ceremony was a truly memorable occasion and provided a fantastic opportunity to recognise and celebrate some of the excellent achievements of our staff. The event was attended by over 200 staff as well as some special guests, including our host Roger Philips from BBC Radio Merseyside.
Thank you to everyone who contributed to a brilliant evening and congratulations to all our nominations and winners!
A special mention must go to Elaine Richardson, Endoscopy Support Worker, Theatres who was awarded the prestigious People’s Choice Award.
Elaine’s winning nomination said: “In a nutshell, Elaine leads and illustrates by example what this Trust stands for and what great skill our workforce has if they are recognized and supported by facilitated mentorship. On behalf of this endoscopy and theatre service, I recommend Elaine strongly for this award.”
