Welcome to Alder Hey Children's NHS Foundation Trust

Alder Hey is one of Europe’s biggest and busiest children’s hospitals, providing care for over 200,000 children each year. In addition to the hospital site, we are present at more than 40 community outreach sites and programmes and our consultants hold 800 clinic sessions each year from Cumbria to Shropshire, helping deliver care closer to home.

On Tuesday 26 March 2013, we were joined by Mayor Joe Anderson, Olympic gymnast Beth Tweddle and Liverpool Echo competition winner Emily Roberts to officially break the ground on the site of the new Alder Hey in the Park.
